Established in 1993 as a joint-venture project
with Gaohe Paper Co., Ltd.(governmental
tobaco paper factory) to manufacture Electric
Insulation paper.
Mainly manufacture 0.05mm`0.38mm thickness
insulating paper and craped paper for industrial
use.
Acquired the first permission of JIS (Japanese
Industrial Standard) in China in the Field of
Presses board, by Japanese MITI.
